You must be wondering whether the courses are right for you, and I want you to feel confident before signing up. So, if you're wondering whether or not I've addressed the issues you're facing, let me first tell you about where I got the experience to make the courses.
I created and actively manage the largest fluid art education group on the internet, called Gee's Acrylic Pouring for Beginners. I've taught over 250 people in a one to one setting. I've taught over 25 groups of 5-10 people. I currently have over 2,000 students in my online courses - courses that are not just about teaching you my process. They're based on real people, like you, and how to solve the problems they were facing.
Tell me if this sounds familiar:
01
“I can never get cells no matter what I try”
I will teach you everything there is to know about cells, how and why they happen, and all the different ways you can approach creating them. All your confusion about "cell activators" and where to put them and how to use them are addressed.
02
“My colors always wind up looking muddy”
This can easily be fixed with a little color theory. There’s a complete color theory for beginners section in the course that helps you identify problematic color combinations and breaks down how you can approach creating your own color schemes.
03
“I can’t get US Floetrol! Can I still do this?”
Totally! Floetrol is not a requirement, just a cost-effective option in the US. There are several alternatives for this component. I will outline all the materials you need and alternatives for your local market.
04
“I can never get my recipes right"
9 times out of 10, the reason this is happening is you're consciously or unconsciously using information from too many artists or sources. Each artist has a process that might not be fully explained or you may have not grasped it fully before attempting it. Now multiply that by the hundreds of videos you've already watched, and you can see how your wires would get tangled up.
What I'm giving you here is a framework to understand any recipe and WHY certain materials are chosen over others. This is the nuance or the "special sauce" that you'll often miss simply because you don't know what you don't know.
I wont leave you to figure it out for yourself, though. You will learn three core recipes to build from, and what to tweak and when depending on what you need the paint to do. This course will teach you to understand why to go thin, medium or thick, as well as show you visually what its supposed to look like.
05
“Is there a time limit on the course? Can I revisit it?”
There are no time limits or end dates. You keep the courses forever.
